The building that was once a tobacco barn on the plantation that is now Rosemark Haven, has been transformed into a comfortable 3-level facility, serving a range of wines from around the world as well as Kentucky - the latest addition to our beer collection is from Louisville, KY, which comes from the Bluegrass Brewing Company, of which we carry their line - making five available including the Bourbon Barrel Stout that is aged in Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon Barrels. In addition, we have a range of beer including interesting American microbrews as well as a selection of domestic and imported classics. Special appetizers can be served in the wine bar. Our primary dinner service area is in the main dining room in the manor house. Upon entering the wine bar, you will notice the large copper bar, a Vose and Sons box grand piano (mostly for decor at this point), and plenty of wine oriented decor. There are several seating areas on the first floor - sofas, overstuffed chairs, and antique dining tables - all perfect for gathering and relaxing. Find a cozy nook for two or any of the large areas for groups. An eclectic mix of music provides some additional ambiance for the first floor, and the multi-tier second floor, which offers several additional seating areas and occasional live acoustic music. Smoking is not allowed in the wine bar facility.
The wine bar is open to the public, guests, and it is available for private events, meetings, showers, receptions, weddings, and the like any time of the year. The property is WIFI enabled. The upstairs can also be rented for small private parties up to 30 people. The entire building may also be rented with a capacity of 99.
